The Township of East Garafraxa Administration Office will be closed:
Friday, April 3, 2026, and Monday, April 6, 2026.
 
We will reopen and resume regular business hours at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
 
In the case of a public works road related hazard please call 519-939-2600.

Notice of Rescheduled Statutory Public Meeting

Further to the Notice of Open House and Public Meeting dated November 6, 2025, please be advised that the Statutory Public Meeting originally scheduled for Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. was postponed due to inclement weather. The Open House was held on December 17, 2025, and proceeded as scheduled.

The rescheduled Special Council Meeting/Statutory Public Meeting will be held as follows:

Bid packages for the Culvert 5 Replacement can be located by visiting Bids and Tenders - RJ Burnside and submitting the required forms by 2:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday, April 22, 2026.
